It’s easy to forget how beautiful and vast Los Angeles is when you are on the ground level. When you have the opportunity to see it all from above at OUE Skyspace LA, it’s a reminder of just how spectacular the city is and how much it has to offer. The view is just the beginning.
Opened since summer 2016, OUE Skyspace LA is California’s tallest open-air attraction and premier destination for panoramic, 360-degree views of Los Angeles. Located nearly 1,000 feet above downtown, Skyspace LA honors the culture, community and people that make LA great.
Student groups can take the journey up to the top of Skyspace—a multidimensional adventure that starts on the second floor and takes you to the 54th floor, where you can learn about all things LA. Students can explore LA through its Sights, Sounds, Sports and Only in LA content, which features tour guide Angeleno, George Lopez and other iconic talents that guide you through this city’s great history. Even those born and raised in LA can brush up on their trivia skill as it relates to the iconic film backdrops, music escapades, sports icons and more.
The journey continues with even more multimedia up on the 69th floor. New video installations and rich content will inspire students to explore the rest of this city inside and out. Don’t miss the fun of the interactive selfie station, too!
Of course, the world’s first ever Skyslide is a definite can’t-miss scene-stealer. The 45-foot glass slide extends from the 70th floor to the 69th floor and truly is a must-do for any thrill-seeker. With the multimedia, selfie station, two outdoor observation decks and of course, the signature thrill experience of Skyslide, Skyspace LA truly offers something for people of all ages.
OUE Skyspace LA regularly hosts public events including live music performances, yoga classes and paint nights. View the schedule of upcoming events and information on tickets, including special student group packages, on the OUE Skyspace LA website.
